This Emmentaler looks like a Swiss, but has a lot more flavor! This soft and springy cheese is full of holes and has a fresh, nutty essence. It is beautiful on a cheese plate and melts very well on a sandwich.
Vacuum-packaged in 1/2 pound wedges.
